Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes data on our behalf as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser used). This data is required for the technical operation and security of the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure operation of this website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Processing of submitted TikTok links

When you submit a TikTok link, it is transmitted to our server and used to retrieve publicly available metadata about the video (title, thumbnail, creator name) and the other parts of the same series. For this purpose, requests are sent to third-party services (tikwm.com and, for listing an account's videos, a service operated by us). We do not store the submitted links together with your IP address, and we do not create user profiles. The legal basis is the performance of the service you requested pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Cookies and analytics/advertising services

This website currently uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising services. Should advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated beforehand and consent will be obtained where legally required.
